Enhance performance when trying to view processed reports / segments / filters / etc.

Users are still experiencing the same issue they've had since the release of NG over a year ago. When a report has processed a user must first log out of the UI entirely and then log back in in order to be able to view the report. On a side note: This often also applies to created filters, segments, etc. Refreshing only is not sufficient.
