I have been using Watson Marketing Assistant to pull specific metrics around a specific mailing. It would be great to have the ability to add heat map results to the metrics and then schedule the report to trigger to our business customers and our team on a weekly or daily basis. I find that I have the results but then it is laborious to pull them from the reporting center due to the multitude of contact lists.
How will this idea be used?
We will use it create reports to be triggered to the business customers instead of having the it team build a cognos report that displays all communications.
