eTAI Technote stating support for WAS 9.x has been released:
Given that this is now a supported WAS/TAM configuration, RBC would like a commitment from Portal, with the same support/certification status.
Here is the background:
- RBC was using the eTAI in their Portal 8.0 / WAS 8.0 implementation
- Prior to the release of this technote, eTAI was not supported on WAS 9.0
- as of 12/14/2018 eTAI was certified on WAS 9.0
Opening this feature request on behalf of RBC, requesting full support of RBC usage of FINAL/Certified eTAI version in their Portal 9.0 environment. Furthermore, requesting new or updated Portal task(s) with relevant documentation on configuration.
How will this idea be used?
eTAI support with Portal is required for day to day single sign-on operations. This configuration will be primarily used in the Online Banking line of business, but other supported businesses (US Wealth Management & RBC Insurance) would be effected.
