When you subscribe to a UBX event in Tealeaf and save it. Tealeaf SaaS does not have a management system that tells you what events are subscribed to UBX to flow to CXA. As well, the event manager screen that shows a view of an event without opening it doesn't even denote that an event is subscribed to UBX. So you are stuck either keeping an offline excel spreadsheet with the event data and UBX designations they are mapped to or having to open up events to see if they are subscribed to UBX. This is needed for any customer that sends Tealeaf events over to CXA, so that admins can manage event designation when needed.
How will this idea be used?
We are heavy in Tealeaf, so it's natural that we will send over a lot of events that are subscribed to UBX. While ultimately the goal is to have our adobe data drive CXA, right now Tealeaf has been providing a lot of the heavy lifting. Right now I have a spreadsheet on the network where we enter data for any event that we subscribe to UBX but some type of management system would help. It's an extra step that shouldn't be needed.
