Show initial referrer in replay with platform/session time info (attribution of session)

Business users cannot easily see how a person got to their site. An event to capture the referrer on the first page could populate a session value with a plain text translation of the referrer, and for convenience display it in the replay window. The referrer capture could be OOTB for the UIKit as it is useful not only for the initial page but also to look for disjointed capture (things like multi-tab browsing).

The latest versions of the UIC already captures the referring URL in the data stream, but this data is not displayed by default.  Some customers implement a bit of custom code in the UIC configuration that logs the referring URL as a type 5, custom event.  This data would then show up after the LOAD event on each screen view in the Timeline and Raw Data views.
