Use recent scroll replay to position click/value change replay window

When scroll replay is turned on (or even when off) the most recent scroll value should be used to position the replay of subsequent events like click or value change. This would then give an accurate indication of where the item was on the page when the interaction happened rather than the current default of putting it on the bottom of the screen.

Recently, Tealeaf has added additional functionality around Scroll events that should assist with Replay.  Later this year, we plan to add even more features that will assist with keeping focus during Session Replay on the actual user experience.
