If I created a report, I can export that report to pdf, csv or excel on demand. If someone else created a report, I can't do that, I must schedule the report and do a one time schedule. For both cases, I can only do the report and not the workspace. We should be able to do both.
Many of our customers want a report that we created that they can take the data and add it to their presentations, etc. Currently, they must create a schedule for each report and wait for the email to arrive which typically is two hours. If they're trying to get all of the info in a workspace, they must schedule a onetime report for each component of the workspace. We want this to be easy and powerful for our customers.
How will this idea be used?
Customers could export shared/public reports and work-spaces on their own without have to schedule or reach out to the creator of the workspace. The information can be added to a presentation; be used for further analysis. This is similar to what one can do in Adobe.
