Tealeaf has its own language. If I don't know what terms mean, I could easily miss an opportunity to use a tool or use it incorrectly. The glossary should also tie to examples of use, preferably text and video, to help new users (or new to that specific functionality).
How will this idea be used?
A user can see a menu option that is unfamiliar and right click on it to go to the glossary entry. Once they finish on the glossary page, they should know what it is, why it is offered and how to use it.
