This would be useful to have for the customer to track if the scheduled reports in WCXA has been sent out. A customer recently asked if they can check if the report has been sent out, and there is no way to track this. If certain departments are not receiving the scheduled reports via email, or high level executives, they would need a place / page to check if the reports have been duly sent out as per scheduled.
How will this idea be used?
A use case would be, for all future customers of Tealeaf, they would be able to have a summary page to see if scheduled reports have been sent out, and at what time. This provides a certain level of audit and confidence in the product. There is already a 'status' feature for Alerts, it does not make sense if there is no status check for scheduled email reports.
