Percentile Filtering

It would be good to be able to do percentile filtering in the analytics. Things like performance metrics are pretty much useless when you're looking at millions of sessions, you need to be able to filter to the exceptions.

Could you give me a use case for this one? Want to be sure I fully understand the ask so I can discuss with the dev team. Thanks!

Sure, a chart of average page load time is useless... It's the average of millions of pageloads. If you'r interested in the pageload performance, you need to be able to filter out the vast majority of the average ones and just concentrate on the ones that aren't 'normal'. Doing a 95th percentile removes 95 percent of the lower values and just leaves you with the outlyers.....

    As a larger conversation. Statement:

Any time people have to export data from the product to do analytics, we failed.

The whole reason why people have to export data (not sessions) is because our adhoc analytical capabilities are infantile (to be kind) and no amount of AI or machine learning is ever going to be able to fill every analytical requirement for every client.

The killer is, the api's we are using support so much more for data manipulation. Why aren't we enabling them?
