Service Issues Notifications In Tealeaf Portal

Currently we receive service issues notifications through email. We would like to have those notifications in the tool itself.

How will this idea be used?

The main issue is that there are a lot of issues with the service emails, we either do not receive them or only receive the initial email and not the service resolved email. So by bypassing emails and having notifications within the portal, this issue wouldn't happen.
