In Tealeaf reports, the first row is a "Total" row that contains the sum of the data from each breakout. However, for calculated metrics that are a rate (i.e. a click-through rate), this total is not calculated. It would be useful to be able to see total clickthrough rate as well as the clickthrough rate for each breakout, in one report.
How will this idea be used?
We have a client who is very interested in search metrics, and they would like be able to see total click through rate along side total search queries, while also viewing search queries and click through rates by day. Currently, they can only see the total search query count, but not the total click through rate without changing the report.
