Once Tealeaf is implemented (both on-prem and SaaS), it's common to forget about maintenance and updates to the UI Capture SDK - resulting in sub-optimal performance and possible replay or security issues.
There shall be a solution implemented in Tealeaf servers notifying the operator (admin) that the data received by the Tealeaf server was sent by an outdated version of the UI Capture SDK. It shall provide the information about the AppKey, version of the SDK sending the data, current version and the link to what's new documentation + information where to get the newest version.
The notification shall provide an option to suppress the message for a period of time, or till next SDK version.
How will this idea be used?
An organization administrator receives an e-mail notification as well as popup alert in the UI, that one of their applications is sending data to Tealeaf using an outdated version of the UI Capture SDK (or mobile SDK).
