An alert must fire when the threshold is triggered not wait until the time interval is reached. For example I set an error condition and look for 20 errors in 10 mins and reset time is 5 mins. Now the error triggers 30 times in 1 minute, so I'm expecting the alert to fire then reset for 5 mins then alert at 6th minute because it crossed my 20 threshold. Tealeaf cloud wait for next 10 mins before alerting. So it alerts only every 15 mins which will not tell the urgency to the support/ops teams when there is an issue. Also please think reset time is given to have gap between alerts. This is how OnPrem solution works. Even when creating alert in cloud it asks for "Threshold met within", within means inside the interval.
Also alert time must have minimum 2 or 3 mins not 5 mins as required, Reser time must also be 2-3 mins minimum and not 5 mins.
