Alerts do not auto-generate data in the conditions where the event has a count of zero. Typically, we experience a delay of at least 30 minutes. This is due to the possibility that there could be a processing delay or maintenance issue which could be causing a false alert.
We would like the option to be able to auto-generate this type of alert anyways. On our OnPrem solution, we add disclaimers to these types alerts which indicate that there could be a maintenance issue, a delay, etc. It would be useful to be able to do the same thing for Cloud.
How will this idea be used?
We have an alert that triggers when the number of reservation confirmations is zero within a 5 minute threshold. If this alert can auto-generate this data immediately, then we can more quickly investigate why there are no confirmations coming through.
