Allow KPI reports on calculated metrics

I want to be able to create KPI reports on percentages, for example the percentage of add to basket that resulted in a purchase or the percentage of sessions seeing an error page etc. I can create a calculated metric for the percentage, but I can not use this within a KPI report, it does not allow me to select it. May be this is a bug? However, it strikes me that this is probably the most useful way to use KPI reports?

See more details above, but I want to be able to set up KPI's of something like 60% of add to bag should result in a purchase or 90% of those starting a registration should complete etc. Calculated metrics seem by far the best way to use KPI reports?
