Right now, when defining a custom view for search results, there is an option to add a column with the Application Key.
However, for business users, that is not very useful/readable information, and for non-Admins, there is no way of actually checking with Application Key corresponds to which application profile.
Hence, it shall also be possible to present the Application Name on the list of search results.
How will this idea be used?
A business user, having access to several Applications in Tealeaf on Cloud and using search function will be able to add a column in which the name of the application from which a particular session was captured will be presented.
So it will be easy to search for and analyze events that may be captured in various channels (web, mobile, corporate web, etc.) and immediately know from which application they came. Nowadays there is an option to present the Application Key - but that is not user-friendly for business users (and if they are not admins, they have no way of checking which application key corresponds to which application profile).
