Tealeaf Alert Manager is a good tool to notify abnormal condition. We are thinking about using it to do in time help when our clients encounter any problem on their journey. Alert Manager threshold now has a limitation = 5 mins. If we consider It should be able to set 1 min / 60 seconds to fire and deliver the alert. Resume alert processing shouldn't have a limitation = 5 mins either.
Alert Manager can be much more useful if there has no 5 mins limitation of "resume alert processing" and "threshold is met within."
How will this idea be used?
We want to make an in time online customer service system. When clients encounter any issue on using our website, we can make customer service deliver help in time. But if we have to wait for 5 mins (alert limitation ), it's impossible for us to do in time help.
