Request to add 1-3 open attributes for product use under Business Conversion: Add Item to Cart. In order to ensure they can be used fluidly for attributes that are important to each organization, perhaps a Product Other, Product Other 2, etc. Specifically this is coming from an organization that is requesting Brand as an addition but this could apply nicely to many verticals if added with some flexibility.
Currently the event attributes under Business Conversion: Add Item to Cart are as follows: Category, Product ID, Product Name, Product Desc, Product URL, Image URL, Color, Size, Quantity, Currency, Base Price.
How will this idea be used?
The Brand of the abandoned item is needed in the abandoned cart emails as the product description is not enough for the content.
