When the correct referrer is noted, customer's can create analytics that show where their customers came from. This is often used in on-prem and recently requested by Finish Line.
How will this idea be used?
Web Site customers often encounter an error or difficulty and go directly to a help page. Creating analytics to see how often web site customers come from each possible way, helps the Tealeaf customer understand some of the web site customer's struggles. An internal event that automatically monitors this can be thought of as an AI addition. That is, add this to our struggle built-it calculations.
