cxConnect PortalAPI - Session Search Template Results as an API JSON/XML

For the cxConnect for VOC, Portal API, this already has a "return a single session direct link" function.  However, we could enhance this greatly by being able to return the entire search results list, and even vary the results returned by letting the API variable to let them select which Search Results template they choose.

From adminstration side, we could also create a search result that was marked for API-only, so that it wouldn't be presented to users, but would be only for use in API - controlling which fields they were getting.

How will this idea be used?

We'd use this to integrate with other internal systems so they could determine the sessions that were available in Tealeaf, and save those session links into their own system (bug reporting systems, ticketing).  Second, because of the ability to extract out at least session-level attributes or if an event occurred, etc, they can use this API to extract out those variables using this API.

Note, this would even have another use, related to the Watson Assistant API proposal: TLONPREM-I-106

    We've received another request for this same API from another team.  They are by hand doing Tealeaf searches and manually extracting the Excel sheet.  If they could use a cxConnect API to get the result template data in JSON or other formats, we could automate a lot more processes.

    Use Case was to search for sessions where errors occurred and the customer clicked "Contact Us" in near-real-time, to get their session IDs and then script look them up in databases for phone numbers to match against call/contact data.  Route those errors into Dashboards that site investigators can use to proactively triage and send to development as Call Drivers.
