Universal email account configuration in sender's address for report/dashboard export via email

To export the reports via email as when exporting from email the sender's address that hits the SMTP server is the address configured in the logged in user profile or blank(in the case when anonymous is set to true.)

This could be conflicting with SMTP email policy as there are scenarios where no human account are allowed to send the system generated emails.

Hence to comply with the policy the customer is bound to change the email address for every profile to "noreply-tealeaf@XXXXX", etc.

How will this idea be used?

We have configured SMTP on Tealeaf on-premise version: 9.0.2A 5231 for a client.
The main objective for this configuration is to send alerts and exports the reports and dashboards.

To send out the alerts we have configured the sender's address as noreply-tealeaf@XXXX, as per the client's email policy.

However, we are unable to export the reports via email as when exporting from email the sender's address that hits the SMTP server is the address configured in the logged in user profile or blank(in the case when anonymous is set to true.)

This is conflicting with clients email policy as no human account are allowed to send the system generated emails.

We now have two options :
1. Either to change the email address for every profile to "noreply-tealeaf@XXXX"
OR
2. Configure a universal sender's address in one place that can be used every time when an export operation is called for.

As it is not a smart decision to change the email address of every profile, it will be useful to have a universal sender's address defined to export reports as well.
