It would be useful if there were an option to directly download a bundle/export of related registry settings, configuration files and/or logs that would be useful and requested by Tealeaf support or services if working directly with the customer.
How will this idea be used?
While working with clients, often the request is put together to collect an assortment of logs, settings, configuration files to diagnose potential issues. Often server access, and/or aggregating various logs/settings takes extensive time due to reliance on various resources within the organization.
There is an ability to download logs from within the portal but isn't relational to any environmental issues and often redundant. If the option to download the logs was hyperlinked from the error itself that would be extremely slick. However, if it directed you to a portal logs/settings/configuration page and then asked you to select a component that was generating errors it could then aggregate the information that's likely to be most useful.
