A method is needed for determining which saved reports (both built-in and custom) are used most frequently, and are used least frequently. For example, to report the Top 10 or Top 20 most used reports within the Portal. This will assist with report cleanup and also help track how Tealeaf is most commonly used by the business users.
Currently, no evidence of usage history by report name or ID is provided directly via the Portal, or in any text or SQL table log, including in the User activity report.
How will this idea be used?
As an administrator of Tealeaf, I need to know which reports are obsolete and can be safely removed, and which reports are considered the highest value by Tealeaf users.
