Archive - Static Content

Separate canister to store the static content files. The TLI server is not longer available. Something needs to be developed to host the static content so that archived sessions are replayable. Possibly bring back the TLI server.

How will this idea be used?

This would be useful for cxVerify archived sessions. This would also be useful for current sessions to make them replayable if the CSS, images, static content moved due to website redesign. This would increase the quality of session replay.

At the vary least, please allow us to use TLI files with the BBR.  We can still manually create TLI files and use them with the RTV (client side or through the Portal server) but the BBR lost this functionality a few years ago when the TLI server was deprecated.
