    BBR can be set to show the page when someone goes back. Using multiple tabs can only be inferred (due to the browser security model) by the referring page not equaling the previous page. Switching devices will be seen as separate web sessions and so can be seen by searching for the user if they identify themselves.

    BBR can be done for back, but it's not native/turned on as part of the product.  Agreed, should be part of the default product.  Competitors are featuring this, and we're missing it.
