When BBR loads, the UI/CUI steps are all folded under little black diamonds. We've had users not innately understand those diamonds are clickable/expandable, and miss all the interactions. Can we have those all auto-expanded (or the Admin option/BBR Profile option) to have these open and visible on BBR load?
Maybe have a "Expand/Fold All Interactions" button at the top of the Page list as well? Would be useful to toggle the views.
How will this idea be used?
Help adoptability and increase intuitive understanding of what is available in the replay without having to tweak the interface constantly. They usually end up expanding all the steps anyway.
